Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 9bdt platform. By registering, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
Important Notice: These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement with the 9bdt platform. Please read the entire document carefully. If you disagree with any term, do not use the platform.
9bdt.cam ("we", "our", "platform") is a provider of online betting and casino services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") establish a legal agreement between you ("user", "member") and 9bdt. By creating an account on 9bdt or using the platform, you agree to accept all of these terms.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after any change, you will be considered to have accepted the revised terms.
Eligibility Requirements
Age and Legal Capacity
To use the 9bdt platform, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- The use of online betting services is not legally prohibited in your place of residence.
- You are using this platform for yourself and of your own free will.
- You have not previously enrolled in any self-exclusion or exclusion program.
Geographic Restrictions
9bdt is unable to provide services in all regions due to certain legal restrictions. Registration or use from any region where online gaming is legally prohibited is strictly forbidden. If an account is created in violation of these restrictions, it will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be confiscated.
Account Registration and Management
Registration Process
By registering with 9bdt, you confirm the following:
- You have provided accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information.
- You have created only one account per person.
- The information you have provided is not fake or false.
- You are not creating an account on behalf of another person.
Account Security
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. You must follow these guidelines:
- Keep your password strong and confidential.
- Never share your login details with anyone else.
- Report any unauthorized access attempts to our support team immediately.
- Always log out after using a public device.
9bdt will not be responsible for any unauthorized activity that occurs on your account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
9bdt reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:
- A copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence.
- Proof of address documents (utility bill, bank statement).
- Documents proving ownership of the payment method.
Withdrawal processing may be suspended until KYC verification is completed.
User Code of Conduct
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bdt platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using fraudulent methods to obtain bonus benefits.
- Playing or betting using software, bots, scripts or automated methods.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Harassing or abusing other members or staff.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
- Attempting to gain advantages through false information or fraud.
If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be confiscated.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method.
- The maximum deposit limit is determined according to the account verification level.
- Correct payment information must be provided at the time of deposit.
- Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
- A standard withdrawal takes 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
General Financial Policy
All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). If a transaction fails due to a technical issue, it will be automatically cancelled and the relevant amount will be refunded. 9bdt does not charge any transaction fees, however your payment provider may charge separate fees.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
To receive bonus benefits, the relevant wagering or rollover requirements must be met. If you attempt to withdraw without meeting the bonus requirements, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
Welcome Bonus
9bdt offers new members a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The terms of this bonus are:
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
- The total amount of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 25 times (25x).
- There is a specific time limit for meeting the wagering requirements.
- If an attempt to claim the bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the account will be terminated.
- The welcome bonus can only be received once per person, household, device or IP address.
VIP and Cashback Program
9bdt has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback rates are as follows:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
VIP tier upgrades depend on your activity and participation on the platform. Wagering requirements may also apply to receive VIP cashback.
General Promotion Policy
- 9bdt reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion or offer without prior notice.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will be considered invalid.
Betting Rules
Bet Acceptance
9bdt reserves the right to verify whether all bets are acceptable. Bets may be cancelled in the following circumstances:
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- If an event is cancelled or suspended.
- If the result has already been determined at the time the bet is placed.
- If a member is suspected of placing bets fraudulently.
Winnings and Payment
Winnings from successful bets are generally added to the account automatically after the event concludes. Additional verification may be required for large winnings. 9bdt will not be obligated to pay out on erroneous or incorrect results.

User Rights
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending wagering requirements must be met before account closure. Any legitimately earned balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned.
